How Can I Use My Member Exclusive Discount for Treatment?
It’s easy! Just schedule an appointment with us. Let us know if you’re an in-house member so we can apply your discount. Note program guidelines:
- Nonrefundable
- Cannot be used in conjunction with insurance plans or CareCredit®
- Patient portion due at the time of service
- A credit card is required on file for membership renewal
- The membership plan does not cover Invisalign®, night guards, orthodontic retainers, whitening treatments, or cosmetic procedures
